Real-life demonstrations on SWARM lines
To go beyond theoretical promises, the BLPredict team has connected its platform directly to the equipment and demonstrators on the SWARM campus.
Visitors were able to observe in real time AI’s ability to :
detect weak signals on critical equipment (motors, robots, automated islands, mechanical systems),
automatically forward alerts to an industrial after-sales service portal (offered by Visiativ: Industrial Customer Service Portal),
integrate this information into a modern, centralized CMMS(CARL Source),
facilitate rapid, objective and collaborative decision-making.
This immersion demonstrated the benefits of integrating AI into the maintenance ecosystem, from early detection to trouble ticketing.
